Application process and tips
A structured and transparent application process is important to us: there are five steps from your application to your first day of work at the Brand Group. Here is what to expect when you send your application documents.
Apply online
Submitting your application documents
You have found a suitable position or would like to send us an unsolicited application? Then please send us your complete application documents for the sake of the environment via e-mail to jobs@mybrandgroup.de rather than on paper. When applying, please refer to the reference number stated in the relevant job advertisement.
Once we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. Your application will first be forwarded internally to the recruiting team contact and the responsible manager in the relevant department.
Preselection
Review of the application documents
Your application will be reviewed immediately by our recruiting team and forwarded to the responsible manager in the relevant department for further evaluation. After your application documents have been reviewed, you will generally receive feedback as soon as possible.
Getting to know each other
Getting to know each other
First interview with the HR department and the specialist department
You have made us curious! Then you will receive an invitation to meet us as soon as possible. The recruiting team contact and the responsible manager from the relevant department will usually take part in the first interview.
Second interview or introductory day
Did the first interview go well and are both parties interested in continuing the application process? If so, another interview will take place as soon as possible or, at your request, an introductory day, during which you can deepen your insight into our company and additional open questions can be answered.
Contract offer
You and the Brand Group can imagine working together and you would like to become part of our team? Then you will receive our contract offer next. If you have any questions, your recruiting team contact will be happy to help you.
The contract will either be signed at our location or we will send you the contract documents by post and you simply sign them and send them back to us.
