Mitarbeiter Technischer Service (m/w/d)

• You will carry out maintenance and repairs on our vacuum pumps and measuring devices independently at the customer's site. 

  Your travel activity will amount to approx. 45% and will mainly be in the DACH region, with occasional trips to other European countries.

• At the Wertheim site, you will be responsible for the professional processing of customer inquiries and service tickets: You will prioritize and resolve incoming requests efficiently and advise on suitable spare parts – supported by SAP CRM and other modern tools. 
• You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, test and service reports, and detailed documentation to ensure transparent and traceable service processing.
• You will represent the service department in technical projects and actively communicate with relevant interfaces (e.g., sales, QM, development).

• You will shine as an expert when conducting service training courses.

   

• You have successfully completed technical training in mechanical engineering.
• You have experience in customer service or repair services.
• Your working style is characterized by good technical understanding and high quality awareness.
• You are confident in using MS Office as well as CRM and ERP systems, preferably SAP S4/HANA.
• Very good German and English skills round off your profile.
