Ihre Aufgaben
You will carry out maintenance and repairs on our vacuum pumps and measuring devices independently at the customer's site.
Your travel activity will amount to approx. 45% and will mainly be in the DACH region, with occasional trips to other European countries.
- At the Wertheim site, you will be responsible for the professional processing of customer inquiries and service tickets: You will prioritize and resolve incoming requests efficiently and advise on suitable spare parts – supported by SAP CRM and other modern tools.
- You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, test and service reports, and detailed documentation to ensure transparent and traceable service processing.
- You will represent the service department in technical projects and actively communicate with relevant interfaces (e.g., sales, QM, development).
You will shine as an expert when conducting service training courses.
Ihr Profil
- You have successfully completed technical training in mechanical engineering.
- You have experience in customer service or repair services.
- Your working style is characterized by good technical understanding and high quality awareness.
- You are confident in using MS Office as well as CRM and ERP systems, preferably SAP S4/HANA.
- Very good German and English skills round off your profile.
