Vertriebsleiter Deutschland (m/w/d)

As Sales Manager, you will lead and develop our sales team in Germany, set clear goals, and monitor KPIs. You will shape the sales strategy, develop market opportunities, and act as the point of contact for partners and key accounts. You will also plan trade fairs and events to strengthen our market position.

Your tasks:
- You will lead and develop the sales team in Germany. You will support your team by visiting customers together in the sales areas.
- You will set clear goals and monitor the relevant KPIs to ensure the team's success.
- You will play an active role in developing, implementing, and coordinating the sales strategy and sales processes.
- You develop and implement measures to strengthen and expand our market position.
- You are an important contact person for our sales partners and key accounts on strategic issues and contract negotiations.
- You prepare market analyses, identify growth opportunities, and find new customers and markets.
- You plan, organize, and accompany trade fairs, exhibitions, training courses, and other events.
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree in science, technology, or business.
- You have several years of professional experience in technical sales—ideally in analytical, biological, or laboratory technology.
- You have already gained leadership experience in a similar position and know how to motivate your team and lead them in a goal-oriented manner.
- You are characterized by your negotiating skills, strong communication skills, and confident manner.
- You are flexible, enjoy traveling, and work reliably on the road.
- You are familiar with ERP and CRM systems as well as common MS Office programs.
- Your profile is rounded off by very good German and English skills.
