Occupational safety specialist (m/w/d)

Join our team! We are looking for a dedicated occupational safety specialist (m/f/d) for our locations in Wertheim and Großostheim.
The Brand Group attaches great importance to the well-being and occupational safety of its employees. As an occupational safety specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in this: you will monitor compliance with all occupational safety regulations and ensure that safety is practised in our company. In addition, you will advise and support management, executives and the entire team in all matters relating to occupational health and safety.

• You ensure that all occupational health and safety regulations are complied with – both legal requirements and our internal rules.
• You plan and implement measures to ensure that the workplace remains safe for everyone.
• You help our managers to create, develop and document risk assessments and operating instructions.
• You also provide support for instruction and training and work closely with our company doctor.
• You organise and chair regular meetings of the occupational safety committee.
• You check our operating facilities, technical equipment and work processes for safety – for example, during tours or discussions with experts.

• You have a degree in engineering or technical training with further training as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) – alternatively, you are a trained safety engineer (m/f/d).
• We require a qualification as an occupational safety specialist (m/f/d) and the corresponding certification in accordance with § 4 DGUV Regulation 2.
• You have already gained sound practical experience in your role as an occupational safety specialist.
• You are familiar with occupational safety software, preferably sam® from Secova, as well as tools for tracking training and instruction and regulatory requirements.
•    You are characterised by a good understanding of projects, strong organisational skills and a structured and conscientious approach to work. Your business mindset helps you to develop sustainable solutions.
•    You communicate occupational safety topics in a manner appropriate to the target group and impress with your confident and engaging manner.
