Use your expertise in embedded software to develop innovative software solutions and make our vacuum pumps even more powerful and efficient. You will accompany the entire process – from the initial request to series production – working closely with interdisciplinary teams and external service providers. Your Tasks:
- You will develop new software components, for example for drive control or sensor technology, from the initial concept to ongoing series production.
- You will be involved in all phases of product development – from requirements specification, software design, commissioning, documentation and verification to series production launch.
- In project work, you will coordinate closely with interfaces such as hardware development, design and product management.
- You will contribute to the further development of existing software engineering processes, including test automation, CI pipeline and code reviews.
Your Profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, communications engineering, mechatronics, physics or a comparable field.
- Professional experience in embedded software development with C or C++
- You are confident and efficient in working with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
- Knowledge of digital signal processing, sensor/actuator technology or control and drive technology is an advantage
- Experience with common communication interfaces/protocols (e.g. I2C, SPI, TCP/IP, USB, RS232 or RS485/Modbus) is desirable
- You have experience in systematic and requirements-oriented product development in a team
- You combine a high level of passion for development work with creativity in the development of innovative solutions.
